Across the country, non-profit organizations are challenged to maintain the professional expertise and tenure of quality employees. The EOYDC has been fortunate enough to enjoy staffing with minimal turnover. The service of an EOYDC full time employee averages approximately 6 years, three times the length of similar non-profit organizations.

The EOYDC celebrates, motivates and empowers its employees to have vision, creativity, hard work ethic, laced with superior professionalism and integrity. Here is what our employees have to say about their EOYDC work experiences in their own words.

I believe that it takes a village to raise every child. Sometimes kids are short of a few people in their village. I was one of those kids. The giving started as soon as I walked in the door.  (more)

What I enjoy most working at EOYDC, is showing the children how to free their minds during the creative process so that they can overcome any and all limitations. Equally important to me and the children, is sharing with them the knowledge that when they are going through any kind of a struggle, not to fret or whine and think they can’t do the work because what is happening is, their minds are being liberated to think in a different way. Lastly, imparting to the children, whatever they decide to do with their lives is to be fun. If they ever got bored, move on to the next exciting creative adventure of their lives.
